At Fantastic Plan Management, we understand the importance of timely payments and are committed to processing all invoices within 3-5 business days. If it has been less than 5 business days since you submitted your invoice, we kindly ask for your patience while we complete the process.
If more than 5 business days have passed and you have not received your payment, please fill out the form provided below. Our team will investigate the matter and ensure a prompt resolution.
Additionally, starting March 2024, the NDIA has announced extended claim review times, which will add at least 24 hours to existing payment turnaround times. We appreciate your understanding as we adapt to these changes.
Important: For each invoice enquiry, a separate form must be submitted to ensure we can address your issue effectively.
